This policy explains what personal information Provenant & Co. (Adamson Group LLC) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site.

What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
• When you become a client: business contact and billing details, and the business data you share with us for the engagement.
• When you pay an invoice: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, amount and billing contact, but never your full card or bank account number. Stripe's use of your information is covered by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver and invoice our services, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data for anything other than that client's engagement.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Microsoft (email) and Vercel (website hosting), plus any provider named in your engagement agreement. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deliver our services, and afterwards for as long as tax and legal record-keeping requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. This site is not directed at children under 13.
