Terms of service
These terms cover this website and the consulting services sold by Provenant & Co., a registered assumed name of Adamson Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Fort Worth, Texas (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying our services, you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide data and AI consulting: readiness audits, rebuilds of business functions, and fractional analytics leadership. The scope, deliverables, schedule and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. If that document conflicts with these terms, the document wins for that engagement.
2. Quotes, invoices and payment
- All work is quoted in writing before it starts. Prices are in US dollars.
- We bill by invoice through Stripe. You can pay with any method Stripe offers on the invoice.
- Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. Retainers are billed monthly, as set out in your agreement.
- If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.
- Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice where required.
3. Cancellations and refunds
See our refund and cancellation policy.
4. Your responsibilities
You give us the access, data and decisions the engagement needs, in time to meet the schedule, and you confirm you have the right to share any data you give us.
5. Confidentiality
We keep your business information and data confidential, use it only to deliver the engagement, and share it only with the service providers we need to do that work.
6. Ownership
Unless your agreement says otherwise, once you have paid in full you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, methods and general know-how, and you receive a licence to use any of them that are built into your deliverables.
7. Warranties and liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, services and this website are provided without other warranties. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
8. This website
The content on this site is general information, not advice for your business. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect engagements already agreed in writing. Questions: [email protected].
